Corner Charcuterie Bar is a quirky, edgy, establishment that serves Belgian-New American fusion cuisine. From mussels frites, to superfood salad garnished with imported insects, Executive Chef and owner, Bernard Dehaene infuses his daring and delicious menu with artistic interpretation, an occasionally irreverent sense of humor, and a well developed palette that is truly unique. 

Over the course of two years, Bernard commissioned paintings, drawings, and event flyers. Once the expansion of his restaurant was complete, I trained the new front of house staff, and assisted him and the general manager with redesigning their website, editing menus, maintaining inventory, supervised front of house operations, and acted as team captain for off site operations.
